Who's behind Webcam Matrix? My name is Steve George a solo web developer which runs my own company called CyberWEB Internet Solutions. A UK based business, but now I spend most of my time in South East Asia. I wanted to create a webcam directory which was a little different from the norm, I wanted to incorporate a map so people could see in the world where the cam was before seeing it.
